Very nice haircut, done very quickly and with just a short wait.
We have been going to Jennifer M for a few years. Recently, we asked her to cut my sons hair as he had brain surgery and is going through Chemo. She did a wonderful job, kept our sons anxiety at bay and he was smiling when we left. What I thought was going to be a stressful day turned out so positive due to Jennifer.

She was actually really good and executed a skin tight medium fade very well. I’m military and had a situation where I had to wait until the last minute to get a hair cut for returning to service, but certainly a lot better of an experience compared to other encounters with chain-based hair cutting businesses.
Appointment was right on time, my stylist was efficient, friendly, and most importantly, my haircut came out great.

Lisa, at my local establishment, is awesome at listening and remembering my preferences. Very consistent in my cut which is important to me. Though I didn’t normally like product in my hair I asked about ways to keep it formed and she recommended a simple product that did the trick.

Lisa in the Enfield CT store is a superb barber. Great customer service, incredible attention to detail, and she runs a really clean store. She is simply the best. My college aged son and I see her regularly and we can’t say enough about how great she is.
It’s the people that make a franchise or any business great, not so much the “franchise” image. For example, I don’t watch nor follow sports. I find them a waste of time. The only reason I go to Sports Clips is Lisa. Whatever you pay her, she is worth at least double. Seriously. Go to another barber in any other store (franchise or not) locally and you’ll see the difference. Most barbers these days rush you in and out and give a low quality cut. Even the new strand of long bearded male barbers who wear leather aprons.
