In my entire lifetime I have only had 2 Barbers that I have gone to for many years each. I am now 68 years old. I had been searching for a couple of years and finally found that quality of person at Sports Clips in ENFIELD, CT on Hazard Ave. And have been getting my hair cuts from Lisa (the manager) for sometime. We sold our home in ENFIELD and moved in March of 2020. I have been driving from South Windsor, CT since to have Lisa cut my hair because she is that great. Not only does she give a great hair cut but I look forward to her overwhelming positive and caring energy. It is very obvious she loves what she does and her customers. In my career I have interviewed, hired and trained several thousand people and I can spot people who are incredible business builders because of their ability and positive attitude. Don’t let Lisa get away as she is probably one of the best ambassadors you have in your organization. I already travel to continue having her cut my hair and I would also pay more. I have other people cut my hair at your shop and other like businesses. There has not been anyone I have encountered who comes close. I don’t know if all your locations are corporate owned or if you sell franchises. It would behoove you to give Lisa her own franchise to continue to have her grow your business. I have no idea if she actually has that desire or not, but she would be the perfect candidate. You should perform your own “Undercover Boss” and see for yourself.
PS: No I am not family but now certainly a huge fan of Lisa.

Very quick service and a nice cut
Went in to get my son's hair trimmed up. We we very happy with our hairdresser. She didn't rush though to get it done. Something very rare to find these days. Will definitely come back. Thanks guys!

The in store staff is great.
Both the phone app and the in store checkout app are buggy and confusing.
The phone app froze, and duplicated my name instead of taking the name of my guest, then provided no way to correct.
The checkout app formally would move forward while I was trying to enter my email.
Now it no longer asks for the email (good), buts creates confusion by not showing the email. This is especially confusing after the earlier behavior. I had zero confidence until I got the email that this had worked correctly.
