The waitlist and time between customers online is very helpful. I was traveling thru an area that had a sport clips and was able to figure out when I was able to be there without having to wait around. As soon as I walked up to the door they were just getting ready for me. After my haircut, I was able to continue on my travels without any delay. Excellent feature.

Staff was very accommodating to my 15 months old first haircut- the doors were open and lights snd TVs were ok at 8:50 ( 10 mins before open time) so it was inviting - ease of check in and pay was great.

So long as Lisa is working there! In my lifetime I have only had 4 barbers/stylists cut my hair, I am extremely loyal when I find someone that is exceptional. I moved from Enfield where her shop is to South Windsor, CT 4-1-2020 and drive the extra distance because of Lisa. She checks so many boxes starting with her high attention to detail, great conversationalist (just like the the old independent corner barbershop) she has high energy and a very warm comforting energy that she freely shares with all your patrons, perfect manager who is “on top of her game” at all times. I can also see that the other stylists there don’t just respect Lisa because she is a great boss but also enjoy working there because of the atmosphere she creates and how well she treats your employees also. In my 43 year career in the Supermarket Industry in management, I have interviewed, hired and provided training for several thousand people. I can certainly spot talent and I can truly say that Lisa would be in my all time top 5 of talented people I have ever met. In the 16 year portion of my career I was Gen Mgr in charge of 11 separate businesses. I can promise you that Lisa has the ability not only to open her own shop but would most probably be very successful doing so!! I don’t know if within your business you have made any provision for a Manager to become a “Managing Partner” that also would get a piece of the business? If not Lisa would be the perfect Manager to test that Theory. I would not let that kind of talent and skill set get away. If I was still responsible for those 11 businesses or was still an owner operator that I did for 11 years, I would try and convince someone with her talent to come to work for me. Even if she had to learn a new business as she would certainly attract new customers and grow my business!!

You should upgrade your phone/internet service. I have had difficulty getting in touch with the store to check in by phone when the Sports Clip app is disabled. This is in reference to the Enfield, Ct. location.
very good service Lisa make sure you are welcome in to the shop and ask you before you get out of the chair if the hair cut is ok always make you feel welcome
