I appreciate the responsiveness when I have questions or requests. My son currently doesn’t like reading (hopefully that will change), but he has positive reports after each session and the incentives are helpful.
I like how targeted the program is. The testing found some specific flaws that my child had in a certain subject. Sessions are going well so far. Great staff! Very easy and pleasant to deal with.
The Staff is very professional, and considerate (went above and beyond to make accommodations, so that my child's tutoring sessions could fit my schedule). And I was highly impressed with the progress that my daughter made, while attending Sylvan Learning Center in Catonsvile.

Sylvan has been such a great experience for my son. He has learned so much within a short amount of time which I didn't think would be possible because of how much he was struggling with reading and word work. Although we have not had our first conference, so far I'm impressed with the number of students that are seeking academic help. Also, my grandson's reading has improved. I'm planning to continue thru this summer, 2023. Also, the director was very easy to work with and accommodating me for my family needs. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

I've heard some good things about Sylvan from my son. He also shares the challenges Sylvan presents to him due to the skills he is there to learn. However, he has been a member for more than 2 months and I have no idea if/how much he is learning. I guess he hasn't been there long enough for a formal assessment.

Rasheedah Franklin and all staff have been very supportive of Nicholas and myself. They have managed to get Nicholas to like coming to Sylvan Learning Center. In the beginning Nicholas saw Sylvan as some type of punishment.

Teachers are very polite. My son is likes to attend best of all and I know learning is taking place.
Our experience has been great. Ms Laura and Lindsay are knowledgeable and experienced professionals. The teaching staff is excellent with my son. The staff has a lot to offer the kids.
Everything has been explained throughly. If I have a question either Ms Laura or Ms Lindsay are able to give me the answer promptly.
The atmosphere is conducive to help each student progress at their own pace.
