It’s a quick efficient workout. I like the instant visual feedback you get from the equipment and that I have an individual coach to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly.

I need to preface this by saying that I absolutely hate working out and it’s something that I never take the time to fit into my schedule. That being said, when I heard about this place and the 20 minute workout, I considered it for nearly a year before I decided to join. I consider myself a strong person, mentally and physically younger than my years. However, I have worn out many of my joints - shoulders & knees most specifically. I am afraid to work out on my own because I know I could injure myself further, and I refuse to go to a chiropractor and a massage therapist just so I can work out. That becomes a total way of life! I have tried every workout there is, Biking, Swimming, Jazzercise, Pilates, Yoga, P90X, all the way back to Jane Fonda Make It Burn…you name it, I tried it.
My reason for joining Exercise Coach first and foremost was because it’s only 20 minutes. Secondly, I have my own private coach working next to me the entire time watching every move I make, correcting me so that I cannot injure myself. Thirdly, I still want to be strong 10 years from now!
The best part of it all is that I truly enjoy my quick workouts, as well as the people who work here! I love how they schedule and keep in touch with just a text. When I come in it’s like greeting my friends. And when I leave, I feel better about myself and stronger every day. I recommend this place to everyone I know, and I even got my husband to quit Lifetime Fitness to work out at Exercise Coach!
The studio is very clean and people keep social distance, which is extremely important during pandemic. The coach is helpful and friendly. The workout schedule is reasonable and make sure to exercise all core muscles. Overall I would recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.
