Everyone is very welcoming and supportive! Care is taken in making sure you understand how to perform the exercise and use the equipment to avoid injury. I love how small and clean the space is - not like the overwhelming expanse of a large gym with daunting machines everywhere. The instant feedback that the machines provide really allows you to see your progress in realtime and motivates you to keep pushing through all the exercises.

I love the Exercise Coach. Twice weekly 20 minutes of intense, full-body exercise that leaves me tired, but exhilarated that I did it! The facilities are excellent and the trainers superb. I highly recommend the Exercise Coach for those that have limited time but are looking for a great workout!

I've worked with Exercise Coach for going on 3 years in Fishers and briefly in Carmel. I have lost 35 lbs. and gained significant strength improvement (15-20 yds. on my drives). The overall strength gain through full body workout has reduced my knee and back pain to some extent and I feel better overall. I recommend it to anyone busy and wanting to have individual instruction to avoid injury and look out for good form and posture in workouts.

I appreciate the service The Exercise Coach provides. They have all the equipment needed to improve your strength. They start you off safely (They don't let you make the mistake of driving too hard at the beginning and suffering an injury as a result). They tailor a program for you to fulfill your specific needs. They motivate you while you are there, and they provide accountability for those -- like me -- who lack discipline, and too easily come up with excuses to skip exercise today (...and then the next thing you know a day turns into weeks...or into months...etc.).
Perhaps this sounds familiar to you: At some point you realize, "I can't avoid exercise anymore." Maybe the trigger is something small -- you notice you're having difficulty bending over to tie your shoes. Maybe it's something bigger -- you notice you're breathing heavily and your knees ache after climbing stairs. Perhaps the trigger is something obvious like having to buy clothes the next size larger.
If you avoid standing on the outside of the group for family photos because you know the wide angle lens will make you look even wider, you need to put your foot down and dedicate time improving your fitness. In my opinion, The Exercise Coach is THE BEST starting point.
I noticed changes after a few weeks. Now, because I have been going to The Exercise Coach for a year, I look better and I feel younger. In fact, I feel great! You can too.
