I like how the entire staff is welcoming to you when you arrive for workout. I appreciate how the staff makes it feel like the studio is a small family and everyone is working toward the same goals. I also appreciate how the staff are willing to "do the little extras" ... recommend a restaurant or a gym or just remember your kid's name.
I love that it’s just me and the coach most of the time. No other people in the gym and I get personal attention. I also like that Teo is a great trainer and he’s so knowledgeable and motivating! I love the Memorial location!
