I love my trainer, Charlie King! He is constantly challenging me to try new activities to strengthen and condition. I also enjoy several of the group classes, especially Body Combat and Sky Hiit Mix. I frequent both the South Tulsa and Broken Arrow locations and have found them to be clean, well staffed and motivating.
I like the teachers and the variety of classes. My son also really enjoys the daycare.
It’s clean and professional. Only downside is how busy it gets... but I guess that happens when you run a popular gym

Location
I do the Pilates reformer twice a wrk, as well as a little cardio. The trainers are very knowledgeable, professional, and we have friendship on top of that! The gym is a great size. Not too little, not too big, just right. All the staff seem to care about your progress and are glad to see you there.
Atmosphere and classes
Lots of class options and equipment. Good value if realize the discount for 8 visits.
Workout facilities are great, we have enjoyed the many classes we have attended. We are both useing Shannon as our trainer in the gym and are having a good time working out
I like the fact that every time I’ve been at the BA gym, there are at least 2 employees constantly cleaning. It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. All other gyms look and smell like a slick armpit. This one does not. Your efforts do not go unnoticed. Well done. Keep it up.
You should also be commended as well for having newer, cleaner equipment that isn’t spaced too close together. Many gyms don’t understand how much safer this is, and would rather cram every old grody piece of equipment dangerously close together. Continue being awesome. (I wish someone at your midtown location knew that.)
