I have recently begun training with Shelly in a small group and it has been a life changing experience for me! I also attend amazing Yoga classes at 10 am in the new yoga room. The new room is so much better than the other room for Yoga! The 10 am instructors are so awesome! I have brought several friends to join the class that come regularly now!

I love going to Sky! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The staff always seems like they are happy to be at work and they are happy to see their members. My favorite part about Sky is the group fitness classes, but I like how the cardio and gym equipment is set up throughout the facility.

I love the facility and atmosphere very much. The only thing I don’t like is the steam room in the women’s locker room being down for a week now. It was one of the selling points on me joining this gym a month ago.
Such an amazing experience from start to finish. This is a fabulous place that just makes you feel good no matter your physical status. It will make feel better and not judged. Truly incredible staff all around and the facility is top notch for such an affordable price.
I love the classes you offer!! Andrea is my favorite instructor. She is personable, and really cares about each one of us. She works us hard and I can see results. As long as she is teaching I will be there!

Super friendly/helpful staff. All and more of the equipment that I need for a good workout and to achieve my goals. Clean facility. Yummy smoothie bar. LOVE the childcare and so do my kids. We are big fans of parents night out as well (this is a huge selling point for me and my friends).

The biggest thing that sets Sky apart from competition is that the employees (from front desk to trainers) are always friendly and helpful! Also, the gym and locker room areas are always clean. I never feel cramped or crowded because everything has been designed with efficient space in mind. I love that the gym is open until 10:00PM and that membership at one location offers access to all three.
