I like the classes, trainers and the facility.It has 3 convenient locations, good hours and supplies like towels, shampoo and conditioner and water. You don't have to bring a bunch of stuff yourself. Reasonable price for the services offered.

I like the numerous quality class options, especially body pump and Zumba. I like how friendly the staff are. And I like how spacious and clean the dressing rooms are.

Maria Delay at south location. She's so fun, I LOVE her hip hop routines. I'm not into zumba style so it's nice to find a place where the instructor know how to coreograph hip/hop dance. She's inclusive and goes above and beyond to connect with members. She's amazing!!

I usually go to the one closer to home but this Sunday I had to drop off my oldest daughter at work nearby. My seven year old daughter loved the daycare. She kept talking about the fun time playing and wants to come back! The staff was nice and friendly :) We felt welcomed.

The facility has great energy! Everyone is so friendly and I always feel supported. There is a nice variety of classes taught by fantastic instructors and plenty of other fitness options besides the classes. And the women’s locker room has everything I need!
