Love the morning pilates & yoga classes! Clean gym, equipment always in working order, friendly staff! Currently having 1:1 sessions with Shannon Hogg to help me build my strength back from a double mastectomy & reconstruction surgeries within the last 6 months. She has been so great & encouraging! I’m on week 7 at the gym & with Shannon, husband says my whole body has changed! 😊

The open layout of the gym. And, the options. If one machine is being used, there is another option. Cleanliness. Easy to check in, work out, and leave. Friendly environment.
The friendly staff and the classes are awesome! The locker rooms are clean and well maintained! Love body pump classes and the instructors Stephanie, Marybeth, & Rebecca ! I am older but never feel uncomfortable! Best decision our family has made this year!

I haven’t been able to use the facilities much due to an injury but the few times I’ve been able to make it in I was very impressed with the equipment and cleanliness.

I love the variety of classes they offer in the mornings. Lots of equipment to work out on and it’s not crowded! Friendly personnel that greet you at the front desk 😊
Very clean and well maintained. For my own health / medical reasons, I would like to monitor my cardiac rate while on treadmills. The treadmills there do not display heart rate. During use they display “HR” but seldom display actual date rate. I,ve mentioned to employees but they have been unable to correct. Apparently a soft ware issue (?). Thank you

The opportunity to train more! The friendly staff's smiling faces when I go in to work out. They never neglect to wish me a good day on my way out. The equipment and mostly the classes. I like the broad variety of classes offered throughout the day. Furthermore, I like that i can steam, shower and get ready for work there!
I love it, but it is a little costly to recommend to my friends, or family, compared to other local gyms.

How clean the place is and seeing staff making sure it is kept clean. The variety of classes is wonderful as is the variety of equipment. The locker rooms are kept nice and clean too.
