I would love for you to add a yoga or palates class on Tue or Thur early morning. 5 or 5:15. There are a lot of early morning Body Pumpers that could use the extra stretch! Also, the 5:30 Hi Fit morning class isn't as near as full as it could be. The class goes until 6:30 which is hard for most people. It you would move that class to 5:00 or even 5:10 it would get a lot more traction.

I like everything! The three free connect sessions with a personal trainer prompted me to sign up for Sky180 and I am down 10 pounds at just a little over a week in! I love the clean locker rooms and towel service. Everyone is always so friendly, and the smoothie bar is wonderful. What’s not to love?

I like my trainer, Coby. He’s very approachable & not intimidating. He’s introduced me to lots of new exercises to mix up my work out.

I like that Sky offers a discount for a certain amount of monthly check ins. Your staff is supportive and knowledgeable. Sky offers a variety of workout classes as well as one on one/small group coaching.

I love the facilities. The people are kind and welcoming.

My rountine is 1-super set, followed by 2-giant sets. It is a free weight workout. Being able to assemble the equipment in one area is extremely helpful and not such a inconvience for other members. Really helpful.
