I like the small group lessons for my son. He gets distracted easily and so with a small group, having the attention of the instructor is very helpful in his learning. I also like the location and the instructors are all very friendly. It is also very easy for me to make appointments to discuss about my son's progress with the Director.

Sylvan guarantees the progress of their services, they are very much concerned with the child and show compassion for these kids. Not all kids are confident when needing help. I know due to my son's struggles he isn't but Sylvan has helped with this for with their services he is progressing and feels better about himself.

The staff is extremely helpful and was willing to reach out to my son's school to coordinate his program to his IEP needs. They made my son feel welcomed and kept his focus on helping with his studies. They went above and beyond what was required to help get my son back on tract.
Everyone seems pretty friendly. I am hoping this gets my daughter where she needs to be for school. We haven't been attending very long so that is why I didn't rate a 10.

The next step would be to combine these and make recommendations for me based on where she is and what she needs help with so I can ensure I am working with her at the same pace in which Sylvan is.
