Our experience with Sylvan Learning Center has been nothing short of amazing! Sylvan helped our son, Silas, go from a pre-K reading level to a 2nd-grade reading level in just 7 months! We are beyond impressed with the dedication, patience, and encouragement that every teacher poured into him.
Not only has Silas made incredible academic progress, but we’ve also seen such a positive change in his confidence. He actually enjoys learning and feels more confident in school. He loved all of his teachers at Sylvan and was always excited to walk through those doors and take on a new challenge.

I truly appreciated our experience with Sylvan, and the fact that they were able to provide their services free of charge over the summer was incredible. The team was very flexible with our schedules, taking the time to understand our constraints and working with us to find days and times that were convenient for everyone involved.
Their ongoing communication was greatly appreciated, as they regularly kept us informed about the progress being made and the goals that still needed to be addressed. In the relatively short time my child received services, I could already see an improvement in his reading skills.

Sylvan has helped my children to catch up to grade level and reach their full academic potential. My kids usually work with Sam, Becky, and Diane. They are amazing. We also had a great experience with the other teachers we worked with every so often. Sylvan is great at working schedules around busy lives and understands when families need to reschedule due to other activities. I would highly recommend Sylvan for any parents or guardians who need a little extra help with their children's academics.

We love our tutor. She helps my kid a lot. They work hard and he scores higher on exams then before he started tutoring. We have been with sylvan for 2 years now! Everyone is great and we love our experience!

We had an amazing experience with Sylvan Learning Center in Tallahassee! My daughter is a 4th grader who attends Sylvan for reading and writing support. The progress she has made is truly incredible. Not only did her reading skills improve significantly, but we also saw a huge boost in her confidence and overall attitude toward learning. Thanks to the dedication, encouragement, and personalized support from everyone at Sylvan. She has achieved a Level 5 on the Florida Reading FAST Test for PM1. An accomplishment we are extremely proud of! Sylvan created a positive and motivating environment that made learning enjoyable and helped her feel successful every step of the way. As parents, one of the most rewarding parts was watching her become more confident when reading independently and participating more in school. Jenny has accommodated my family a few times and we are so grateful to her and her staff. My son really enjoys his tutors and the one on one time. And there was no waiting weeks to get in. My son after his tutoring has passed all his tests, definitely a 10 out of 10.
We had a great experience with Sylvan. My 12 year old grandson could not read. Sylvan assisted him and he has shown much improvement after 6 months. We put a lot of effort, money and time into getting him what he needed. We drove 250 miles 2x week for 2 hour sessions so he could attend.
He enjoyed attending and I can’t express my appreciation for sylvan and the quality of assistance provided. He now’s attends a micro school thanks to sylvan’s input about micro schools.
We will miss our trips to Jackson Ms. Special thanks to Kristine, she was always so professional. She has such a pleasant way when dealing with children and families.

We reached out to Sylvan for SSAT prep and from my first conversation with Tobin I knew we called the right place. They set up individual study plans for my two sons after an assessment to see what areas need the most attention. They are flexible with our schedule and every time we’ve gone has been professional with all teachers and staff. My kids look forward to going to Sylvan to study and I can see improvement in the areas being worked on. We will keep coming back to Sylvan for our tutoring.

My child has been loving attending Sylvan for math over the summer. He comes out of lessons happy and feeling excited about the learning he is doing. The teachers have been awesome and very kind!

Had such a positive experience with my son here that when my daughter struggled with math it was a no brainer to go back to Naanu and her team. After a few weeks my daughter now has strengthened her grade 7 math and feels prepared for grade 8.
