Really enjoyed the class and it was a good workout and definitely not easy. Only got a chance to take 1 class in my free trial week due to unexpected challenges. With this in mind my only concern is the monthly rate to join seems a little high. I may consider a different package at some point

All Core Power Studios are top notch. Great Instructors, fun environment, clean shower facilities with added perks (hello hair ties and deodorant). Love the clothing and shopping items too.

First time there, Lyndsay yoga sculpt was phenomenal! She has great energy and kept my HR up!

I did get too hot and nauseated as I was leaving but it's probably just my own personal issue.

I have taken two classes , both were a ten rating in all aspects . Front desk helpful very clean studios and user friendly. The teachers were excellent , communicated effectively worked the clientele of the class , respectful, and the yoga flowed very well.

Everything! My home studio is the Golden triangle location but I live between SC SQ and GT so i utilize both locations. All of the instructors are amazing and inspiring in their own way. My favorite instructor is Heshem. He is like a living ball of energy. I always leave class feeling like I put on my super-person cape!
