Sculpt

I did a Sculpt with Sonja. She is very energetic, makes 1hr of intensive workout seem shorter. Very clean and tidy changing room+bath.

This is my favorite studio in the South Bay (San Jose). Best rooms, no issues with heat and plenty of classes. I would prefer if the teachers were more “hands on”, because even when they say they will assist students it rarely ever happens.

I love the 6am sculpt teachers. The staff makes all the difference and their energy always gives me a positive start to my day!

Thank you for the location, the staff, the instructors! I used to hate exercise but I have been going to Core Power for the past three months with my monthly membership! I notice that sometimes the class get pretty pack up, if possible, it would be great to see the Santa Clara location get expanded so we can invite more people to come and enjoy the spacious facility.

I like how the teachers help you, but don’t make you feel singled out about being new to the practice.

I like the consistency of the classes. Regardless of the instructor I am confident that the course level will be as stated in the descriptions. The studio is clean and all employees are very friendly and non competitive.
