Dee was very sweet! We went in for my son's 1st haircut and it was apparent she knew what she was doing from the start! She made him comfortable and introduced each hair tool before using it. Our son did really well but I'm positive that she would do just as well with a child who was having a hard time.
We have taken our 1 year old son here twice (his first haircut and a back to school haircut). They are so patient and understanding with every child. They take their time and do what they need in order to make the child and parents feel comfortable. We recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts to every parents with little ones.

The fun, kid-centric atmosphere was great. this was one of the few cuts that did not have tears or tantrums.
My son loves going to get his haircut from this location. He enjoys getting there playing on the table with the trains and then Mrs. Alba very patiently gives him his haircut usually on the train or firetruck chair. He loves it there.
Amanda is amazing. She cut our son’s hair when he was little and there was an instant connection. Fast forward, he’s a teen now and he got a few bad haircuts elsewhere (we live on the other side of town from Amanda’s location). He asked me “can we please go see Ms Amanda again so she can fix this?!” Set up an appointment, walked in and it was like long lost friends. Smiles all around. He may be a teen, but we are going back to Amanda from now on!

My son has struggled so bad with getting a hair cut in the past. To see him sit mostly calm and not leave crying just made me so happy.
They are the best! Always willing to work with my 2 year olds needs every time we go in. They do everything they can to make getting his haircut a fun experience:)
Such great service and a wonderful experience! Sonya was extremely kind and gentle and did a super job on the whole family. Her colleague was equally talented and kind, and both went above and beyond to make the experience top notch. Wholeheartedly recommend!

We have been getting our sons haircut with Chelsy since he was around 7. He's about to turn 15 and he refuses to go anywhere else because Chelsy always does such a great job! The staff are always friendly, attentive, and do a wonderful job to make their clients and families feel comfortable. We have never had a bad experience.

I LOVED how patient and kind Miss Kee was with Fitz. We have had horrible experiences with barbers that have kind of tainted our kids perception of getting his haircut. She was so positive, encouraging, and not one ounce of frustration was perceived from my end from her. We will absolutely come back to Pigtails & Crewcuts and i’d love to schedule with Miss Kee again, in the future!
