My son is 11 months old and I brought him in for his first haircut. Ronnie was amazing!! She had so many tricks up her sleeve to keep him calm and distracted. The whole experience was a breeze! We were in and out quickly with a great cut. We will definitely be returning and recommending to others as well!
It was an all around great experience. I really love that their are special time made for children with sensory needs. Amber was fantastic with both my boys and thanks to her , their first haircut was painless and fun. We will definitely be back to see her again ❤️ Thank you so much
Ms. Samantha was so sweet with my daughter: she immediately made us both feel comfortable. She even gave my daughter a beautiful mermaid braid because we mentioned we were going to the pool afterwards. Thank you Pigtails and Crewcuts!
We love Miss Jodie! Her suggestion to do a wash to help with the brush challenge helped tremendously and the little lady felt like a princess. We will continue doing that.
We love Ms. Christina! My son has ADHD and sensory issues but she makes haircuts such a good experience for him. He always looks forward to seeing her!

Ms Erika is AMAZING!! Our little 2 y/o girl literally runs to Ms Erika when we come in - she’s not nervous at all! I’m so thankful for the service provided by Pigtails & Crewcuts and the amazing stylist (especially Ms Erika!)
Mary was just fantastic! She made sure my son felt comfortable to have his haircut, played with him, made him laugh, and after 1 HOUR he was finally ready. She made a seamless experience for him. So that he wants to go back soon. Thanks again!
Our hairstylist was very accommodating to both my autistic son and my (and my mother's) hovering. She had no problem cutting his hair even when he suddenly swung back to see what she was doing or when he was dodging so he could make faces at himself in the mirror.
The haircut turned out great, with no missed spotts or weird parts from all the wiggling.

The front desk gal was friendly and sweet. We appreciated her professional yet laid back qualities, and willingness to help calm and distract our son with his first hair cut. The stylist who cut his hair was very quick and did a great job especially with how little he wanted to sit still. All in all great first experience. We were referred by a family member who is also a continued customer.

Kid-friendly atmosphere and techniques like a hand held game so my kid could keep head at correct level for trim. Fast service and love that there is a treasure box and lollipop because that makes my daughter more willing to go. Friendly hair stylist.
Mrs. Heather has been cutting my children's hair for 3 years now and we have been so pleased each and every time! She is always so calm, patient, and kind! We love this place and will continue to get our hair cut here!
My husband and I were nervous to take our son to his first haircut because he struggles to stay still and we weren’t sure how he would react. Amber did so awesome with him. He didn’t get upset once and was smiling the entire time. I would highly recommend her and we will be booking with her again when our son is ready for his next haircut!

This was my first visit and Anna was great. She greeted us when we walked in and she did an outstanding job with my 1 year old son. Anna put him in the airplane seat and he enjoyed playing and looking around at everything in the area.

I would love to bring my son here again, my mother, my sons grandmother, took my son here for a haircut. The stylist was so patient with my son and very caring for he was reacting to haircut tools. I do apologize for my son, I don't know why he doesn't like anything near his ears. But I would to bring my son here again, I have no complaints!
