The customer service was fantastic! It was exactly what i was looking for and they exceeded all expectations. Joeleen who cut my sons hair did a phenomenal job! She was amazing with him and his baby fade turned out perfect. The 1st hair cut package was my favorite. I am so glad they offer that so families can have keep sakes. Definitely will be returning. I highly recommend!

Miss Alley is amazing, she remembers my daughter even though we only come twice a year. I can't braid so it's always nice for my daughter to have that cute braided look and she keeps it for 2 days. She always looks forward to her visit which is a big win because she used to hate getting her hair done
