My daughter was seated quickly and treated like a star. The stylist made my daughter feel so comfortable --she has terrible anxiety - and went out of her way to accommodate her. Not to mention my daughter's haircut was precious. Now she wants to get her haircut every week! 😆

We love the atmosphere! My kiddos are always happy to hang out while the other gets their haircut done and Ms. Angie is so kind and patient, plus she rocks my boys’ haircuts every time!
The stylist was great and did exactly what the kiddos wanted. Also, since we just basically had the sides of their head trimmed, we were given a discount! The staff was very polite and helpful! See ya in about 6 weeks!!

This was our first time to use Pigtails & crewcuts and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere was inviting and kid friendly. All the staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and engaged with my grandson. He loved the themed chairs he got to choose from to get his hair cut. The stylist was pleasant, and very accommodating, and his haircut turned out great! We will definitely be back!!

We love everything about Pigtails and Crewcuts Norterra. The staff is wonderful with children (and parents), the atmosphere inside is so much fun for kids, the playroom is a great waiting area, and the toys and prizes are so awesome! We will keep coming here until my kids grow up at which point they will probably hate having to go to a boring adult hair salon.
This was the 3rd time we’ve brought one of our daughters to get their ears pierced and I’m so impressed every time with how we are taken care of. The service is quick and care instructions are always very clear!
