Ms Autumn did a fantastic job on my daughter’s back to school haircut. My daughter typically is reluctant to get her hair cut, but Ms Autumn put her right at ease. When we asked for long layers, Ms Autumn said “well you’re in luck because layers are my specialty!” And they ARE - this is the best cut and style my daughter has had! Great job and thank you to Ms Autumn!
Very kid friendly! My kids love being able to play with the train table while we wait (if we need to wait - we are most often seen immediately!) & feel comfortable getting their hair cut here.

The location was spacious and clean. There were just enough things to distract my toddler while getting his haircut without being completely overwhelming. Ms.Reneta was so patient and good with my son he felt right at ease. I love the cut she gave him. We will definitely be coming here from now on.

Alandra is always so kind and patient with our sweet kiddo! My son has alopecia and Alandra always takes the time to style his hair in such a way to minimize the appearance of bald spots and help him feel his best! She is patient with this worried Momma too!
I am very grateful for their patience. My child does not like haircuts and tends to be stressed with haircuts but every experience with Pigtails and Crew cuts has been wonderful.

How patient Ms. Rose was with my son. He’s a 1 year old who came in for his very first haircut and she’s was very patient and sweet. Also the store is very clean and set up for the babies to be entertained while the cut gets done. Not only would I recommend pigtails and crew cuts 10/10 times I’d recommend Ms. Rose 20/10 times.
