Took all three of my daughters in for cuts/trims and braids. Turns out that one needed extra attention due to my child's own errors. Thankfully Ms. Lauren, Ms. Autumn, and Ms. Analyse all worked together to fix the issues. Excellent service, even went out of their way to explain to both my child and myself ways to do certain things (i.e. heat and care along with beginner braid help). Would highly recommend for children of all ages. The best part is they are all friendly and worked amazingly with my children.
It was my son’s first haircut and I didn’t expect him to cry the whole time. They were so accommodating letting him sit in my lap and working quickly but efficiently! He looked so good in the end and they asked for my and my husband’s thoughts and opinions before finishing up. Definitely will be coming back!
Great for toddlers.
We love Provi she is the only person to have cut our three year old son’s hair in his life and she is calm and kind. She talks to him and has even sung to him. The facility is clean and well kept and so kid friendly.

Our daughter’s first haircut was a great experience, the hairdresser moved around myself and my daughter in order to keep her happy and get her haircut. I was happy we didn’t have to hold her down. We will definitely be back!
Stylist was patient and helpful and gave my grandson a great haircut even though he did not always sit still for her.
I have taken both of my son's to Pigtails and Crew cuts for their first haircuts. These ladies are so patient, friendly and great with the kids. My youngest son is very particular about who is in his personal space and after riding the police car while she cut his hair, he loves feeling like a big boy.
We will continue our business with them in the future! Thank you ladies for all you do 😁

I liked how the staff were patient, understanding, and willing to help while my son kicked and screamed. I felt no judgement from anyone unlike other places.
They’re very punctual and have good service. The first time we went was perfect. She took her time and was very patient. This second time the barber wasn’t impatient but definitely moved really fast. Had to point out missed spots several times. Not a bad experience just different then the first time

My son has a serious cow lick and I love how the ladies collaborated together to try to figure out the best way to cut his hair. Such a pleasant opportunity and definitely going back.
The stylist working with my 2 year old was fantastic! He was not cooperating and she was so sweet and didn’t let his screaming/crying ruffle her at all. I was so thankful for her quick and efficient work.

Miss Kay was so kind and gentle with my kids. It was their first haircuts ever that weren’t totally traumatic. She didn’t get in their faces either introductions or interactions, but stepped in smoothly anytime they started to get scared with her soft words and toys or a snack. It was an entertaining environment without being overloaded, not too loud, but comfortable. Having a place just for kids allowed them and us to relax. There were gentle hands and quiet tools and most of all PATIENCE! Thank you so much.
