We had a great experience however it seemed that you guys were running late which was frustrating as the customer. We had a scheduled appointment and things just took way too long which delayed us for what we were doing next.
Very kind stylists and such a kid friendly atmosphere. Easy online booking process. When I went, there were two other families so it was not a particularly overwhelming or overstimulating environment which was appreciated.

Everyone was so friendly and easy going. My son has autism and the girl cutting his hair did great with him. She engaged with him and made sure he was okay the whole time.
Amber was such a pleasure to work with! As I’m sure many can relate to, I was worried that our style preferences wouldn’t be honored or heard by our stylist. It was the complete opposite - Amber knew exactly what we wanted for both my boys and they warmed up to her immediately. We are so happy with their haircuts and our experience here! We will definitely be back!
Victoria was wonderful at performing a crewcut for our young toddler. She was kind and let him adjust to the sound of clippers and scissors. We are thankful for such a peaceful hair cuttery experience

Initially, i booked the appointment wrong on the website. I thought it was a shampoo and blow dry plus the haircut. When i got there , Montrelle greeted us at the front desk and did my 7 year olds shampoo . I told her i wanted to cut about 3 inches off and she informed me that i did not book the haircut . I asked if she had time and she said absolutely. Montrelle was an angel and she did a great job on my daughter’s first haircut . She was beyond pleased. I will definitely be back.

She was really great! She listened then she actually followed through on what we wanted. The boys are happy and have a new excitement thanks to her. Usually when we speak, the person nods but then doesn't whatever they want, usually entailing a buzz cut. The boys have great hair and I'm so happy that she was able to showcase that rather than buzz it all off. It may not seem like a big deal but it is. Listening to your clients never happens for us so, thank you so mich!!
We love going to see Jamie. She’s patient and accommodating. She listens to all of my requests and is open to me suggesting if something needs to be shorter or cleaned up. We truly do love her as a person. We’ve been going to her for over 3 1/2 years now. She never disappoints. We love you, Jamie
They were absolutely amazing with my boys!! So nice and explained to my kiddos about what they we doing! We got the superhero package and it was worth every penny! Definitely will be coming back

Very friendly environment. My son was never uncomfortable and Sam was patient as well. We were nervous with my wife being it was my son’s first haircut. We appreciate Sam always asking prior to each move she made to ensure each cut was to our liking. Would definitely recommend anyone here, thanks to Sam again we’ll see you again!

My first time, and we had Tina for my son's haircut. I was blown away by how she handled my very upset 2-year-old, but also took the time and care to give him the best haircut possible. I really appreciated that she recognized his difficult hair type and knew exactly what to do. We do not live close, and happened to be visiting a friend for the weekend, and I am strongly considering figuring out how to continue to get my son's haircut done by Tina moving forward.
