Such a cute place for your kiddos to get their haircut. From all the toy options to buy and cool hair products for kids. My kids typically fight me on getting a hair cut but when we came here we had no issues. They were handed a video game to play on the tv and they said they can’t wait to get a haircut again!

Ms Shemeka is amazing. She is highly skilled with haircuts for kids. however I think it is important to have a steady receptionist, its not fair for the stylists to also have to be receptionists on busy days!
Dom was amazing! She knew exactly how to keep my little one calm (and distracted) for his first haircut. We are so happy with how his haircut turned out.

We had such an amazing experience at Pigtails & Crewcuts in Geneva, IL — they truly go above and beyond! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. The salon is clean, cheerful, and designed perfectly for kids.
Our stylist was phenomenal — she made my little one feel so comfortable and even turned a nervous second haircut into a fun memory we’ll treasure forever. The way they engage with children is pure magic — calm, kind, and full of energy at just the right times.
I especially appreciated how organized and professional the whole experience was. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth.

Eva was patient, reassuring and very professional during my son's haircut. The receptionist was also very helpful in trying to engage him with bubbles and putting on a show while he was very upset. As a parent, I was very grateful to have both of their assistance!
We had the most wonderful experience for both my children. It was my son's first haircut and my daughter got her ears pierced. From calling to schedule the appointment to leaving everyone was fantastic. The girl that got my son's hair and did my daughters ear piercing was amazing and SO patient. We will definitely be back!! So glad we found this place. I was excited to see all the different services they offer for kids. Already planning to take my daughter back to get her hair braided.

I've been taking my little since she was not quite two. She is six going on seven now. We leave happy and feeling taken care of every time we have an appointment. Can't imagine taking her somewhere else!
The stylist Sam was amazing and worked so well with my little 4 year old boy. It was his first major haircut and she was so patient and kind. He loved getting to pick out what car to sit in and especially loved the train table. Will absolutely be going back for his hair and recommending her to friends and family.
