Pigtails has always been good with our son and still is. They communicate with him on his level and greet him as if he is a cherished friend they haven't seen in a while. It's a great experience! The professionals are conscientious and respectful of parent wishes!

Y'all are amazing! Cuts are always great, and my kids have a wonderful time! We've never had a long wait with appointments, and you get us out quickly without cutting corners on the actual service. My kids love everything about Pigtails & Crewcuts– the play room with the train set, the toys, the suckers, the fun salon chairs. It's great! The staff is always friendly. Yolanda usually does my son's haircuts, and Danielle does my daughter's cuts. I have only ever taken my son elsewhere one time when you weren't available, and it was not the best experience. We won't go anywhere else.

Miss Chelsea has cut my son’s hair for his first and second haircut. She is so patient and kind. His had had come out great both times and I couldn’t be more appreciative.

The care and patience my son receives is amazing. With him being on the autism spectrum, I worried about him getting his haircut. From the start, Amber was very patient with him and he didn’t even shed a tear! We’ve been coming back ever since and Micah genuinely enjoys going to get his hair cut!
I had never been here before and was wildly impressed - I told my husband I’ll never go back to the other children’s salon we had been going to for years. It was clean, the staff was so kind and attentive, and the facilities were amazing (bathrooms, play room, hair stations). Liked my kids’ cuts more than I ever have.
My son has been coming here since he was 1, we LOVE this place. No matter who we end up with we are always super happy & he gets exactly what he wants. Last time we had Sam at the HILLTOP location, she was AMAZING!!

My first time, and we had Tina for my son's haircut. I was blown away by how she handled my very upset 2-year-old, but also took the time and care to give him the best haircut possible. I really appreciated that she recognized his difficult hair type and knew exactly what to do. We do not live close, and happened to be visiting a friend for the weekend, and I am strongly considering figuring out how to continue to get my son's haircut done by Tina moving forward.
We had a great experience however it seemed that you guys were running late which was frustrating as the customer. We had a scheduled appointment and things just took way too long which delayed us for what we were doing next.
Very kind stylists and such a kid friendly atmosphere. Easy online booking process. When I went, there were two other families so it was not a particularly overwhelming or overstimulating environment which was appreciated.
