The staff who took care of my boys this last visit did a great job of helping decide on how to cut their hair based on personality and summer activities and did an absolutely fantastic job even going the extra step of making notes on the account so it can be repeated. I appreciated the patience and expertise which left both kids and dad quite happy with the experience.
Ms. Damaris was very nice and sweet. She made my child feel comfortable during the hair cut, she also gave me advice on products to begin to use to protect my baby’s hair against the sun.

Ms. Doris was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient and made it fun! My son is typically very shy and uncomfortable in new settings but he walked right in and immediately had a smile on his face! Ms. Doris did a great job with his haircut! After trying other places, we’ll definitely come back and we’ll ask for Ms. Doris again!
Everything at pigtails and Crewcuts is so kid friendly it's great. There is an area in the back where you sit and wait that has kids toys and pictures of littles that have been there. The service was fast and friendly. There's nothing that would deter me from coming again. It's a cute shop and a fun experience for the kids.

Hi we always love Pigtails and Crewcuts but wanted to let you know that the cute treasure chest is basically empty! There were play balls in there but other than that it was just trash and broken toys. I am not sure if you ever check it but I wanted to share the feedback. Thank you!
It is not easy cut my son’s hair, but Dawn do this quick and perfect. We love that place and for sure we will go back next time

We loved being able to get an appointment to get my daughter’s ears pierced right away! Steep price but nice earrings. Also the device used to pierce did not seem as effective as a piercing gun; both times the device stuck, like the purging didn’t go all the way through, and in one side the earring back never came out of the device. It fell on the floor and had to be cleaned.
The environment is very kid-friendly and fun. My
daughter actually looks forward to haircuts because we always bring her here. The stylist has always been wonderful with her and made it an easy process, treating her like a princess.
We schedule with Charlene and she is AMAZING! My son requires a little extra time and Charlene is kind, caring, and patient with him. Each time gets a little easier. Thank you Charlene!!!

We drive an hour to get our boys their haircuts here. Miss Sumer is so great with our 3 and 2 year old. She is patient and their haircuts are great!

Michaela Q. Is the absolute best! I have been to dozens of barbers and left unsatisfied. Once we found her we won’t go anywhere else. She is so good with my boys and does a phenomenal job cutting their hair. The 2 year old is a rowdy and she still manages to do a great job!

The staff was so kind and welcoming. The place is clean and bright. They even had a dedicated play room with coloring and toys to wait in while my toddler got a haircut. My 2 year old hates haircuts and screamed and cried for most of it. Ms. Krissy stayed pleasant the whole time and kept trying to soothe him. I left the previous place because the staff didn’t show any empathy to my kids and would get frustrated. So going to a place where they made every effort to comfort him without showing frustration met a lot to me. Highly recommend!
Miss Sam is at the maize location in Wichita is amazing, she’s always done my boys hair perfect. She listens, she is the only barber I’ll let cut their. Great environment!
