Rose at the Valrico location always does a great job cutting my son's hair. We've seen her at least a half dozen times. My son can be a bit squirrely but she always takes her time and does a great job.

First name removed was the hairdresser for my 3 year old son. My son does not do well w getting his hair cut. And First name removed had a calm presence that I think helped make the difference. She mainly did the cut with scissors… and his haircut is great! I’ll be going back to First name removed for my sons appointments going forward.

I love the place and the stylist I’ve received service from on prior appointments. This appointment with Noeli Cruz was so bad. She left my son’s haircut really bad. Told her to fix some areas and she did but still left him with a bad haircut. Sure he was moving but has never been left with such a horrible haircut, held my son still so she could go in and fix it. Yet I still felt like she didn’t care to give him a good haircut. Edges uneven, hair fade uneven. Leaving long hair strands in areas they shouldn’t be in. A big uneven chunk of hair on the back. No symmetry. I’m really sad and disappointed. I didn’t want to keep asking her to fix areas and didn’t want to argue cause idk if she was just having a bad day. Still left her a tip and just left. Will be going back but not with Noeli; the haircut was not worth what I paid for.

Jasmine cut our son’s hair and she was absolutely amazing with him. This is the first hair cut he has had that he didn’t cry. The place was very kid oriented and made our son feel comfortable. She also did an amazing job on his even though he is only 3 and kept loving his head.
Excellent experience in the 1 + year that we patronage your company. The hairdresser Natesa is the greatest. I highly recommend it. The only issue is the boys haircut price is a little high.

We have visited 2x and have had fantastic service both times! My little one had a rough visit his second time but the stylist was able to work quickly and we both worked to calm him down. I feel prices are reasonable and it’s conveniently located.

We had a great experience at Pigtails and Crewcuts for both my kids. We were recommended to this place by other parents at our daycare and it did not disappoint. Becky did my daughter’s hair and Allison did my son’s. Allison helped us pick the right style for our 16 month old going with a scissor cut and did a great job blending in his cowlicks. We were offered gel to style at the end but I opted out this time. My daughter had a great connection with Becky from the start. She was comfortable taking to her and showing off her doll. My daughter was there for her first haircut at 4 years old. I asked to take off the dry ends and to round out the bottom and we got a great cut at the end. She also styled it with some braids and a bow. Both kids were entertained by their favorite movie and it was a fun touch sitting in car and airplane chairs. They have animal crackers or lollipop treats and toy from the treasure chest after the cut. We’re about a 30 minute drive from this location and will be coming back in the future after this great experience!
Easy to schedule, no wait time once I got there, Mary was really great with my daughter and loved that she was able to make suggestions for the cut. Great experience!
