this experience was really positive. The carpet was really soiled and it came out spotless. I am very happy and on the way to being satisfied. they are coming back because I was not aware that they would not move furniture, even in the slightest. I had moved almost everything out of the room and there was not room to store the mail section of the sectional, not terribly heavy, but definitely awkward for one person. I did ask that they move it slightly aside in order to clean under and they did not do that. however they are coming back to do that part of the carpet with no questions asked. I am sure it will be as beautiful as the rest is.

Gabriel and Michael were professional and friendly. They explained everything that they were doing. The carpet looks so much better!

This morning I am happy to reply to your survey because the whole rug cleaning and sofa-sectional cleaning process was done well and actually exceeded my expectations. I have a
German Shepard dog who has been shedding. That and a year or so since the last carpet cleaning left the place in need of help. I also got the helper to do the upholstery and he did an amazing job on the sofa. It is a beige color so it does show the dirt but now it looks much better.
So if anyone ever mentions carpet and furniture cleaning, I will most enthusiastically recommend

Didn't care much for the fuss with price when the fellow arrived. In the end it turned out the same as when I set up the job on the phone. AND had to go through the same ordeal immediately following at my moms next door.

After rescheduling my previous appt. Service techs came in yesterday and did a great job. Our carpets are 22 + yrs old but still in great shape. They look new again because of the dedication and caring by the two techs. We do plan on replacing rest of carpets within 2 years with either slate or hardwood floors but until then. we will continue to use Zerorez

The carpet cleaning was well done and quick! Drying always takes a while but he out the sofa on foam blocks so it would dry. He also recommended fans to speed up the process. Great service.
