Technician was extremely efficient, polite and thorough. Quietly went about his work and explained everything he was doing. Carpet is clean and fresh. Would say that Zerorez does a great job of vetting their technicians. Our technician’s name was Balin. I had so liked the man we had before him and so was a bit apprehensive about having someone new cleaning our carpets. But Balin was just as professional. Job well done Zerorez! Let me just say that I had a horrible experience with Stanley Steamer and for some time was unwilling to try a new company. Don’t be afraid of this one.

Nick was professional and pleasant. We had general carpet cleaning and he was able to remove animal spots from a visiting dog who had gotten sick on the carpets. He explained the processes he was using ahead of time and kept me informed as he worked through the house.
I am impressed with the job he did! He was able to remove the spots I’d been worried about.
