The person sent to clean my apartment did a fantastic job. My mother was recently diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing treatment. I work 12+ hours a day and our place had gotten away from us. Originally there were supposed to be 2 people coming to clean. unfortunately one of them didn't make it. However, the one person sent was a god-send!! I can't believe what she accomplished in the time allotted! Both my mother and myself feel so much better being in a clean environment. Thank you so much for taking care of our place. all in all they did do a great job, however the kitchen cabinets could have used a little more elbow in it, but hey they are better than they were. I was quiet pleased with they professional attitude and friendly service I would highly recommend you to anyone ! thank you and I can hardly wait for my next clean-this week !

I thought 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and whole upstairs were cleaned great. Girls did an excellent job. I felt that downstairs cleaning was rashed, floors were not mopped well, requiring more cleaning by me, some areas were not finished. Overall I am glad I had it done and was almost 100% happy. As far as products, I am not sure what types were used but it seemed to do the job. Heavy use of bathroom tub cleaner did cause fire alarms to go off due to fumes, that was a bizarre thing. I do have a suggestion for girls and supervisor to wear some kind of shoe protectors because after all is done and products being taking to a car everyone was walking outside and back into the house, supervisor walked through whole house in her shoes after it was cleaned making shoe marks in the bathroom floor, so it kinda makes no sense. Either way, thanks for a good work!

Great management and patient cleaners.

I moved into a rental house that had been renovated and the dust that had been generated was just left there, all over the walls and anywhere else it could find to settle. My allergies went crazy. After a day of trying to wash down walls without the proper equipment, my sister suggested I call Merry Maids. What a difference!! They looked at the problem, consulted with each other and then went at it. I was impressed that Merry Maids had enough really good cleaning people to be able to send two of them out within hours of my request. The only analogy I can use about how the women worked is that it was like a swarm of locusts all over the problem and when they were done, my problem had been solved. As soon as I get all my things out of boxes, another call will be made to Merry Maids to set up regular service. Thanks, Merry Maids! I thank you and my allergies thank you.

I am most impressed with the professionalism . It reqruired approximatley Two minutes of my time to get a quote , schedule and confirm in a stress free knowledgeable manner . I hoped the cleaning was as Efficient and I was not disaappointed .
