Client Testimonials

Professional phone service, reliable, punctual, excellent cleaning and friendly staff

My carpets are very clean. Old spots have gone. No chemical smell. The technicians were on time.

friendly, professional technician, amazing results

The staff were early, worked hard, the carpets and upholstery were and did not leave any mess. After it was thoroughly dry, I called to say there were a couple stains that were masked by the dampness and there was no problem in having it taken care of in a couple of days.

Our carpets always look so fresh and clean after your service.

Your technicians were professional. They explained the procedure and proceeded in getting the task completed. We have an area runner in the hallway which needed extra effort to remove the adhesive and they spent the time to eliminate most of it (there still is some adhesive which is sticky).

Clean up and suggestions on when to return furniture to carpet were helpful.

BEST SAID BY RESULTS-- AFTER MANY OTHER CLEANERS IN THE PAST WHERE THE WERE RESULTS SO-SO AND CAME TO THE CONCLUTION THAT WAS AS GOOD AS IT CAN GET, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH RESULTS OD ZEROREZ. BY FAR THE BEST RESULTS AND WITH A 20 YEAR OLD CARPET. CREW WAS VERY PROFESIONAL AND CARPET RESULTS WAS EXCELLENT.

Polite, on time, worked diligently. Offered to clean upholstery and it looks fresh and bright. Previous stains have not come back. I will have zerorez again when needed.

Everthing--the people, the professional service, the clean smell and the clean carpet!!!

Ecellent results.

They really clean well.

The results live up to the claims. Mike was profesionable yet personable and very efficient.

I have been using your services for several years and have you back once a year to clean my family room carpet. I use your spot cleaner on any spot that occur. It is quick and easy to use.

carpet seems to stay cleaner longer
dries pretty quickly

I have had my carpets cleaned with you for years and was very satisfied however, the last time I spend over $900 and the job was not very good. Splotchy and just not clean. I had two stains that the tech said would not come up. I used the powder that I bought from Zerorez and they started to come up so I called and they came back out and re-did the rooms that did not get clean and the stains came out. First time that I have not been satisfied so I am sure it was a glitch just that day

I was recommended to your company by a friend. We have had carpet cleaning done before but never our tile and grout. Thought I would give it a try since the tile had only been cleaned by me in the 10 years we have had it. I have to say he did a terrific job leaving the floor looking like new. He was a very pleasant young man and appeared to care about the results of his work. A bit pricey though. Not something I could do on a regular basis.

You are on time and call ahead if there is any slight delay. And, I especially love the fact that you don't use chemicals in your cleaning product. I've been using you for about 7 years now and you always do a great great job! Thank you very much!

Love the water only--no residue left in carpets yet gets out the stains. Dries much faster than other steam cleaning we've tried. Service people very professional.

Non toxic, dries quickly, professional...it gets out the bad stains!

Clean, effective and very professional.

carpet is really clean again. thanks.

we moved here three years ago with a larger-than-life blonde husky. She just passed, at 16.5 years old, with some of those end-of-life stains and whatever, although she was careful enough. Some natural doggy odor too. Well, some of the dirt was ours too. All gone, and sweet and clean, thanks to your men and their equipment and work. We appreciate the freshness restored, and the stain-free carpets again. thanks

The cleaning of the carpets, the two outstanding service representatives who were very knowledgeable, personable and were here exactly during the "on-time" window to begin the service. Thanks...

The people were very straight forward and friendly. They got right to work and finished on time. I was a little surprised that the rug and furniture were as damp as they were. I'm not objecting, but I think it would be good to know to expect that. I certainly will have them come to do my other carpets.

First time a carpet cleaning compaany removed all stains!!!!!!!! Arrived at house EARLIER than time planned -- most other carpet cleaning companies (as in most service companies) arrived at end of time range given. Courteous and took pride in work!

The high quality of the carpet cleaning process and the skill of the two technicians.

No chemical smell. Dries quicker than other cleanings. Staff very professional. Was told up front of stains that probably wouldn't come out fully, so full disclosure.

They really did a great job cleaning our office carpet! It was just a little expensive for such a small room, but afterwards the carpet was great!

So far like the clean result The guys were professional friendly & on time

Professional, caring and they went above what was expected in helping to make sure that the end product was exceptional!

My carpets are always clean and look like new when Zerorez is finished with them. The technicians give excellent service and are a joy to have around.
