9 instead of 10 due to the "arrival window". Scheduled from 12-2pm on line. Follow-up phone call and email stating 4 hour window. Technician arrived at 4:10 pm. With set-up, etc... did not start until after 5pm. Next time, I will try to get first appointment. Thank you.
