The technician Ryan did an excellent job. He removed the stains and recommended protectants for our aging carpets. The tile floors looked great after the cleaning too. Plus he is a charming person. My little dog, who is an excellent judge of character, really liked Ryan too!

This time , though, it took around 2 days to dry. In the past the drying time was shorter.
Does your machine need recalibrating to suck more water out?
Also, the little cat food stains in one room were still somewhat visible.
But we are glad the carpet is clean.
