First, we always get a high-quality cleaning and one that leaves no oder. While Zerorez is more expensive that many of “the other guys”, I’d rather pay what is only a little more for such a superior job, and I tell people that. Second, the technicians have always been personable, and while they do work the “up-sell” and always mention other cleaning services offered, they are never pushy about it. Our last technician, Ryan, was especially great to work with. He walked through whole house first to assess the particular cleaning needs, we agreed on the work to be done and he got started right away. What struck me, however, was how cheerful and conversational he was without being overbearing. Just an all-around pleasant person to work with..... and he did a great job! He is quite an asset to your company.
