Cole was the Zerorez service man who came to my house. He was prompt, professional and very nice. He took care to protect my floors which I appreciated. He worked hard to get the stain out and when he left, the carpet looked great. As sometimes happens, as it dried, the soap stain oozed back up. I called Zerorez a second time and they came out without question or problem. Again, Cole came and he really worked hard and took a lot of time to try to address the stain for good. So far, it's not come back and I really appreciate all his effort and patience. He was a great representative of your company.

Your company was referred to me from several friends who were most impressed with your services. The technician was very knowledgeable and took time to explain particular cleaning methods that were best for a chair and sofa being cleaned. All other concerns were patiently addressed and he even explained the process for cleaning an oriental rug to be cleaned at a later date. Overall, Jonathan did a great job!

This company did a better job than Stanley Steemer who I had when I first moved in I would call them back anytime.

The technician was so friendly and professional. He worked hard to ensure that we were satisfied with the final product. The carpet cleaning was bar none and left our home looking and smelling clean and fresh. Would 100% recommend and use Zerorez again.

Ever since I moved into my house a year ago, it seemed I was dusting every couple of days. I only have the windows open in late spring and fall so I couldn't imagine where all that dirt was coming from. I remembered having our air ducts cleaned in our Ann Arbor office and what a difference it made.
I started looking for companies who specialize in duct cleaning. While listening to the radio I heard an advertisement from Zerorez. I called for a quote and they had an opening the next day. The price was reasonable, they texted me a reminder the morning of, they texted me again when they were 35 minutes out and Kyle and Malachi arrived right on time. They were respectful and friendly and were done in about an hour and the difference is amazing. They even followed up and sent before/after pictures.
This house was built in the 80's and I honestly believe the ducts have never been cleaned. I highly recommend Zereorez.

I cannot say enough about the superior job Zerorez did in cleaning 30 years of grime and teenage accidents off this now beautiful Persian. Thank You Thank You Thank You! The cleaning job you did was spectacular, I had no idea how beautiful this rug was, until you brought it back and rolled it out on the floor.
