I highly recommend Zerorez. I have used other carpet cleaning companies before, but I have never had this positive of a result. We have 5 children and several pets, so the combination of high traffic and the kids penchant for being messy means our carpet gets newly soiled on the regular. It's been over a year since our last cleaning, so I did not have high expectations on the end result. Luckily, I was thoroughly suprised.
Our tech, Emmanuel was very professional, and even took the time to explain to our kids (he asked my permission first) how they should stay off the wet carpet and what they can do to better take care of it going forward.
