The technicians are extremely professional and very good at stain and odor removal. We have a sick cat who we thought had utterly decimated a carpet but the technicians were able to get all the stains out and it smells great.

The service and onsite agent were very good. The agent explained everything thoroughly and was very professional.

On my initial call, I opted for a time frame of 3-6PM. I received an email confirmation for the same. The day of service, my text indicated a time frame of 2-5PM. My first call from the agent was at ~ 1:15PM. We worked together and made it happen w/ out a problem. However, due to the unilateral changes by the company, there could've been a problem. Pls be aware how that kind of practice could negatively impact ZEROREZ.

Fabulous service

Our area rug looks great, they had it for one week, and brought it back looking new, this thing is white/light gray, and had lots of pet stains. I'm surprised how clean they got it.

Also the tech who cleaned our inside carpets, was very nice and professional.

I can't say enough about this whole process. Thanks to you all, even the drivers who delivered our clean rug.
