Tyson is a fantastic employee and did a great job. The only issue I have with ZeroRez corporate is a consistent charge of $16 as a licensing fee which is NOT advertised in your specials, and is always incorporated in your final invoice. As such, it is a lack of truth in advertising.

I like the look, smell, and feel of my carpet after your carpet cleaning was performed.

The customer service and the products are all plant based. They explained all charges and if there would be an up charge for anything and the reason behind it. Very prolite young gentleman.

Excellent job. Carpet looks very nice. Some stain could not be gotten out but looks a lot better than it did when it was cleaned 3 months ago. The young man was concerned about doing a good job and asked me a few times if I was pleased with the results. Excellent job

I have not used zerorez for carpet cleaning since the techincian who arrived said they could not move any....and I mean any, furniture, not only the large heavy ones but ...any. Since I'm very much a senior citizen and live alone, that service would not help me even if the procedure used is advertised to be very good.

Audrey, he did such a great job on my carpet, I will use Zerorez the next time I need a cleaning he also offered information about the carpet and its protectant sheild that was wearing off.

I asked questions about my one large area rug under my dinning table and he told me about a padding that Zerorez has to protect my hard wood, I never knew you offered this padding.

I like to shop around before making a decision, but I will contact Zerorez when I decide to buy padding.

Great Service

After seeing the work zerorez did on my floors I literally felt a weight lifting off of me. It was such a good feeling knowing that all the dirt and grime was gone and we could have a fresh start. My technician was AWESOME! He talked me through every step of the process, showed me progress along the way and even gave me tips on how to keep everything clean moving forward. I will definitely use zerorez again!
