The technician who arrived was friendly, knowledgeable and performed the job in a timely manner. I hope we are lucky enough to have him back in a year or so. The results from his cleaning our carpets was very noticeable...although they are only 2 years old, the difference in them now is pretty amazing. The costs of this service versus the results tells me that we will definitely have this done again in 12-18 months!

Normally I am pleased with the cleaning, this last time, I was not. I really can't tell that the carpet has been cleaned for some reason. The person that came was very nice. I may have to find someone else.
