The technician was on time, very friendly and courteous. He worked hard on some tough spots and did not just give them a once over. The carpets were well cleaned when he was finished. He didn't just rush through to get to another job.

Jason and Brandon they were both professional and very helpful in dropping off my rugs. However, I left Tony a message in regards to my rugs I would like a call back in regards to a message. Overall experience was stress free.

We had our house carpet cleaned last year and this year had my mom's carpet done. It was amazing! It was like watching a commercial when he vacuumed the old dirt and left it so clean! I did not think that stained carpet could look so good! I thought it might lighten up a couple of shades of brown but it looks so good now!

Darius was very professional. He explained everything that’s gonna happen from start to finish and what to expect. He did ask if there’s a specific area/s of concern that needs to be extra taken care of. The service didn’t only look clean, it feels clean👍🏻

The duct cleaning service was outstanding!! The technicians were very professional and courteous. The technicians explained everything and got to work.

However, after spending so much! money on the duct work, Zerorez could at least throw in a FREE dryer vent cleaning. Don't nickel and dime people to death!
