This was my first time using the service. The tech was courteous and the carpet looked good at completion. My carpet is only 2 1/2 years old. I did like that no soap was used. I will need to wait a while before I can effectively evaluate. Thanks for the promptness of service.

The technician was friendly, proffesional and quick. He was able to remove 98% of a very large stain in my office that has been there for a couple of years. Very happy with the outcome. We were able to walk on our carpet right away. He cleaned while we worked at our desks. Fabulous!
