Recently had carpet cleaned after some family members and their dog moved out. Incredibly pleased with the results! Georgia red clay came out and other spots as well. Carpet looks brand new! Stairs were also cleaned and look amazing! I love that chemicals are not used in the process- Also- Carson was very polite, respectful and took time to answer all questions and make sure I knew ahead of time the cost. There were no surprises once service was complete. I have an area rug being cleaned now and can't wait to see those results as well!

Employee arrived timely and expressed a desire to be sure his work was satisfactory. Based on the age of my carpets he did a very good job of cleaning. I do not know products used so no comment on them. I like that my carpets were completely dry in approximately 5 hours. Good job and I would recommend Zerorez to others.

Technician was very good. He was professional and spent a lot of time and energy cleaning my upholstery. He informed me that some spots would not come out after doing a spot test. I then told him to do his best, which he did. Very satisfied!
