The guys that pick up and deliver were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable regarding issues with my rug and padding and advised me on pet issues. When I previously had the rugs cleaned they came back fresh and soft.

I called Zerorez because my carpets were really dirty, and I had used them before. And again, they did not disappoint. Mikaela did a beautiful job on 3 rooms and a hallway. Our fairly old carpet is amazingly clean and looks fluffed up and revitalized. Great service, on time and terrific price.
