Tim and the team were amazing. The service was exactly what I needed. I just bought the home for my young boys to grow up in. Clean air is a huge focus for me before I move them into the home. Tim was able to eliminate any risk that was there prior and also installed a UV light to kill growth from coming back. Very thankful for Tim and Zero Rez

Zerorez tech arrived on timed as stated in advance. The tech was knowledgeable of Zerorez products. He was professional throughout the entire carpet cleaning.

He was courteous and very respectful and did a superb job in cleaning our carpet. The tech was out in 2 hours max as we were told the entire would take 2 hours and Zerorez was exactly right.

Zerorez was exactly right the amount of time it would take for carpet to dry within 4-6 hours.

From start to finish, every element of bringing ZeroRez and their professional team into my home was beyond expectation! Very easy to set the appointment, the technician was actually early, there were several texts to confirm the appointment and technicians timeline (so I could be sure). In-home was a breeze; corner protectors were used, he wore footies to protect hardwoods (mopped the few drips here or there), and miraculously removed almost 4 years of grime from my 3 bedroom wall to wall carpets! They were Mohawk pre-scotchguarded rugs, but I have bird dogs and a teenager (with a lot of friends), so this was no “guarantee!” When the technician finished, they looked brand new! Yes, shot video of the 2 worst rooms - no kidding, like new. He also explained their ability to clean area rugs, covered technique & pricing, and confirmed locations of other ZeroRez services where I’m moving. Will definitely use again, and recommend!

A fantastic clean look...even damp you could tell it. Drying time was the best I've ever experienced. There's just no fuss about the procedure! I've never had a more pleasant experience in carpet cleaning. It was completely dry in 4-6 hours and 3/4ths dry in at the most 2 hours. Ryan did our carpets and explained everything including tips to help preserve your carpet. Ryan was very friendly and helpful. I would never use another company to clean our.carpet. They met every expectation we hoped to experience.
