The technician were very professional and pleasant to discuss the requirements and the details of the project before beginning. Everything was put back together nicely for the ducting and the pictures show an improvement over the dirt and possible mold. It was very good the see. The only disappoint was that flakes of ceiling were on the floor in every room where the ceiling vents were touched. A small vacuum could have clean up the mess.

Our technician, Cameron, was amazing! He walked us through exactly what he was going to do, and did an outstanding job taking care of the stains in our basement carpet. We had a couple of hard set stains that popped back up a few days later. After a quick call to Zerorez, Cameron came back and knocked them out for us. Cameron also cleaned out couch as part of the initial visit and it has never looked better! I’d highly recommend Cameron and Zerorez to anyone looking to refresh older carpet or furniture.
