Professionals in every way. The customer service was very clear on the cost and there was no surprise once the service was preformed. Brandon and Q were very nice to have in my home. They were also professional and did a great job. Will be calling Zerorez for services in the future.

The Zerorez service tech was excellent. He courteous and respectful to my mother who is handicapped and gave us additional time to relocate her to another room in the house so he could start cleaning her room. He explained the service charges and payments prior to cleaning and made sure I understood what was going on.

Service was great. They arrived on time, shoe covers used whenever in the house. The carpets look and feel so clean. In and out without a problem
