I really do love Zerorez......I was disappointed this time a little. I paid additional for the pet/bio treatment. I definitely have some pet smells I was hoping to get rid of. Unfortunately, they are still there. I would probably have just done the basic clean if I had know that, vs.paying an extra charge. Otherwise, the technicians were very professional!

I have used Zerorez twice and both times have been a great experience. The technician was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the carpet cleaning. The carpets always come out very clean and the whole process is very customer friendly. I highly recommend them .

The tech that came out was extremely friendly and helpful and is the only reason I rated the company a 9.
Though he did a complete job, several spots came back up after the carpet dried, which makes me question the overall expense. We don't have a messy carpet, but have had some spills from animals and kids, I had hoped the Zerorez process would have corrected these spots. The main reason for paying $700 was to have cat urine lifted from the carpet in hopes that the cats wouldn't smell the area any longer. The spot still lights up under a black light, which was a surprise to me considering I paid for the added pet odor neutralization and the fact that when I use my Bissell, I do not see spots afterwards. Again, the tech was amazing but I just don't see the value in the service. I only rated the company as a 9/10 because I don't want the score to go against the tech. Having said all of that, I would not recommend Zerorez because I'm not pleased with the final product. The carpet was still wet the next day (so much for zero residue) and we still haven't gotten rid of the smell.
