Prompt, professional and courteous technician (Steve). He did a great job, but I was a little disappointed in a couple spots that didn't quite clean up as I had hoped (foot marks in front of a couple chairs and a sofa). Also, I was upcharged $20 for my family room (21x15) because it was larger than a standard room. What is considered a standard room size? Is there a discount for a room smaller than standard?

I MUST SAY THE SERVICE WAS GREAT FROM ALI & KESTER. THEY WERE GREAT!! THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS THE PRICE CHANGE FROM $129 SPECIAL FOR THE 3 ROOMS & HALLWAY TO A TOTAL OF $387.00 ALI EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS FOR A TREATMENT FOR THE CARPET TO SMELL GOOD. SO I WAS PUT AGAINST THE WALL TO PAY THIS LARGE AMOUNT THAT I WASN'T EXPECTING, IT WAS COMPLETLEY OUT OF MY BUDGET & IF I HAD KNOWN THEN I WOULD'VE SHOPPED AROUND. THERE IS ALWAYS A CATCH WHEN YOU SEE PROMOTIONS WITH THAT TYPE OF PRICE. IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING AND THAT ISN'T RIGHT. IT SHOULD BE EXPLAINED BEFORE LOCKING IN DATE & SERVICES.
