The young man who cleaned our carpet arrived on time, he was knowledgeable about his product and he used his knowledge to clean my carpet well in a timely fashion.

Previous survey I said everything great. Once carpet dried spots returned. He did get the black spot out. I do not know if there are any other specialty products that could of been tried since you advertise a high success rate for stain removal.
