He was professional and did a remarkable job with the biological odor treatment which was used for my puppy(he peep every where) I have no odor and the house smell clean, and the puppy is outside now. The service was much cheaper than another company by over $200. The staff servicing my property were friendly and efficient. The time advertised was what it took to finish the service.

The service was great!... The Technician (Steve) was wonderful!! He was very professional and did an "Excellent" job cleaning the carpet areas. Before starting he explained the process and all, and what to expect during the cleaning process. After he finished, we could not believe how the carpet areas looked. "Just Fantastic"

Two days after the cleaning, one of our friends came over to visit and the first thing they asked after entering into the house was "did we get new carpet". Now, that's how beautiful the carpet looked. I highly recommend Zerorez and their Technician "Steve J."

However, your company has some serious management problems. (The calculator you provide/require adds several square feet at $4/sq feet. (A 5’6”” round rug is NOT 36 sq feet. — it is 23.75 sq feet. Refund for 8 sq ft @ $4 per sq ft = $36 would be appreciated.)
And just now, within minutes of the delivery of my last two rugs, which were left out of the original delivery, I receive an email from you letting me know at my rugs are are scheduled to be cleaned!!
