The product is safe as well as amazing. The service is very professional.
My tech was howard. That young man was very well mannered. That's something that you don't see anymore in our youth.

We have used Zerorez 4 times in the past threee years, and have always been pleased with the results of your carpet cleaning methods. The service and professional manner of your staff is unparalleled. I especially want to comment on the young man who cleaned our carpets last week, by the name of Austin. Such a marvelous representative of your company! He has all the best characteristics of professionalism, honesty and integrity that you could expect to find in a young man of 21 years old. Congratulations on employing him !

The carpet was very clean

I was amazed by how clean my carpets were following the service. The carpets dried fast. Most importantly was the friendliness of my technician! I did not get any switch from my special. He explained what he was going to do and the price was very reasonable for the level of services provided. I will always be a customer!
