I was very pleased with the work done by your technician, Daniel Tyler, on Thursday, 1/20. He was very accommodating and worked diligently. He complied with all my requests and answered all my questions about your cleaning service. I would certainly use your service again. It was a completely pleasant experience.

Fact is, the service works; carpets look "new" after they are done. Also, the technician was very professional and easy to work with. The best carpet cleaning results we have ever had in any of our 3 homes. Have to see it to believe it.

The service technicians, Corey and Daniel were prompt, professional, in clean uniforms, courteous, very customer service oriented, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and kind to our dog, Daisy. I will definitely request Corey and Daniel for our next service.
I like the fact that Zerorez is green and so our family is not exposed to harmful chemicals. My next service in a few months will be to clean the sofa...thanks to Corey's initiative to educate me on the 'dirty' status of the sofa.
