Client Testimonials

Every thing better than Stanly Steamer & Sears..

Efficiency. Professionalism. Knowledge. Effectiveness--results were better than I expected.

There was no residue and the carpet was very clean.

Friendly, competent cleaner. Very timely.
Cleaning job was very good. I was happy with the results, though
The services were more expensive than other cleaning services

Excellent service and very knowledgeable about removing stains.

I had a wonderful experiance with your comapny. My carpet was a mess due to traffic in an out of the house, the sad thing was that I had just recently got it clean in May by one of your competitors, of which I was very upset with the job when they were finished. Due to that experiance, I thought I would have to pull he carpet up. Your technician took the time to explain to me what was going to happen and what I should expect. It took less than a day to dry, which I was very impressed with. I am so happy with the way the carpet came out when he got finished, it looks like new!! Thank You so much!! A very satisfied customer!!

The results of the carpet and the professionalism Kyle displayed

I was pleased with the overall service. The technician was prompt, polite, and extremely professional. I will strongly recommend your service to my friends.

No chemical smell, no residue left on carpet, fast dry time.

We had a retreatment. Our rep did an awesome job to rectify our situation and the wife and I are now satisfied

From the moment I called to make my appointment until the time the technician (Justin) left our home, the service was outstanding. Zerorez is a company of true professionals, and courtesy is their signature. This was our first Zerorez experience and it won't be our last. Justin did an amazing job cleaning our old carpets and we were very surprised that, when dry, the carpets were soft, not crunchy as has been the case with other carpet cleaners. I wish I could have rated Zerorez higher than a 10; they deserve a 20! -- First name removed, Atlanta

I like the orange scent that is used to clean the carpets and other areas of the house, and no harsh chemicals are used.

It is a fabulous system.... love the final look and the sanitized and clean smells....

zerorez was on time, actually early. they got the stains out of the carpet, and were wery neat.

Easy to schedule and showed up on time and on budget. Rep answered all questions clearly and did a good job.

On time, professional, and the carpets look and smell great every time.

Very professional buisness. The carpet looks great and I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future. Thanks.

Good product. I liked the technician. He showed up on time and finished quickly.

my carpet is old and was really dirty. you did a good job of removing most of the dirty spots that were in my carpet. it looks so much better. thanks

no odors..... fast drying carpets.....very courteous technician

It's nice to know that the carpet is clean and not left with residue. Carpets look new and last longer... mainly because the residue isn't there to attract the dirt. Spots don't resurface. I appreciate the friendly service, too. Thanks!

I like the fact that I was able to get a same day appointment, and the window time I was given for my techician to arrive was earlier than I had expected and that was great. The techician was polite and did an excellent job.

Great communication and customer service!!! My carpets have NEVER looked better!! I will definitely be using Zero Rez again!!

Fast & great job! Exellant service tech, Danny!

The carpets really look awesome and the technician was very friendly. It was completed in a timely fashion and did not take long to dry.

Our tech (Austin Crye) arrived slightly early and called to let us know that would be the case. He was courteous, professional, and good at his job. He went out of his way to describe the process and let us know what kind of service we could expect, then exceeded our expectations.

They work!

Clean carpets with no drying time.

I was really impressed with how knowledgible and friendly our service technition was. It was a truly pleasant experience.

The service was great and on time.
